Job Description
The Weekend Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors with outstanding customer service. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering calls and directing them to the correct unit, department or voicemail
- Making sure all visitors sign in when entering the building and out when leaving
- Must communicate with callers/visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist families and visitors with directions to units
- Scanning and filing as needed.
- Must comply to HIPPA.
This is a part time position scheduled every Saturday and Sunday from 8am-5pm
