Part-Time Videographer Location: Carbon Performance – West Midtown, Atlanta
Department: Marketing & Media
Reports to: Brand Director
Compensation: Hourly | $25 - $35 per hour | Up to 15 Hours Per Week

Role Overview We're looking for a creative, self-driven
Part-Time Videographer to capture the Carbon energy—on the floor, in the lounge, during workouts, and across community events. You’ll play a key role in shaping the visual voice of our brand by producing high-impact video content for social media, digital campaigns, and in-house storytelling.
Responsibilities - Capture high-quality video content during workouts, classes, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit engaging short-form content for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and promotional use
- Work closely with the marketing team to align video with campaign themes and weekly content calendars
- Organize and archive footage for ongoing brand asset use
- Stay on top of video trends in the fitness & wellness space
- Occasionally assist with studio-style shoots for branded initiatives or product drops
Requirements - 1+ year of experience in videography and editing (professional or freelance)
- Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and audio for dynamic fitness environments
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent
- Experience creating vertical content for social (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ability to work flexible hours—including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during key events
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and storytelling
- Bonus: Motion graphics or photography skills
