The CDL Driver will operate a truck transporting oil field-related material including pipe racks and skid-mounted units. All duties of the CDL Driver are to be performed according to the company operating procedures to maximize the safety of all personnel at the worksite and to efficiently perform the task
Compensation: $17-$20/hr.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to operate tanker truck safely through various types of terrain
Function "on-call" in order to respond to emergency call-outs
Willingness to work day shift or night shift as needed
Maintain accurate work tickets based on the TETRA’s requirements
An understanding of basic maintenance concepts is required
This position requires various types and levels of job related training with respect to the operation of the equipment, TETRA’s Procedures and other specialized training as required by regulatory agencies and TETRA
Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience, 2+ Years of Verifiable Commercial Driving Experience, 2+ Years Verifiable Hazmat Experience, 2+ Years driving in an oilfield environment
License/ Certifications: Class A CDL Driver’s License, Valid DOT Medical Card, Hazmat endorsement required on license, Tanker endorsement indicated on license
Travel: 20% depending on job site
