We are seeking a licensed and motivated Travel Physical Therapist for a full-time, 13-week outpatient assignment. Position Overview

The Travel Physical Therapist will deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient caseload. Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with therapy goals

  • Implement physical therapy interventions to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability

  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards

  • Collaborate with other therapy staff to ensure coordinated and effective care

Schedule

  • 13-week minimum assignment with possibility of extension

Qualifications
