Review and approve technical research and tax planning recommendations for private companies. Deliver high quality tax planning, services, and advice. Work closely with Tax Partners and other senior staff on business tax compliance, tax provision and tax advisory engagements. Lead special tax engagements.

Tax Staff/Senior

We are seeking a Tax Staff/Senior to manage tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth clients. This role involves preparing and reviewing complex individual tax returns, providing strategic tax planning, and working closely with senior leadership to deliver high-quality client service.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review complex individual tax returns for HNW clients.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive financial solutions.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in tax compliance and advisory for HNW clients.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
