Job Summary:

Review SMT schedules daily to monitor and predict cell output with a focus on achieving on-time delivery goals.
Report production order status in meetings, accurately forecasting output within half a day.
Communicate with cell leaders to keep production on track and ensure 100% on-time delivery.
Coordinate staffing needs with the production manager, ensuring the cell is appropriately staffed for efficiency.
Assist employees with order verification and startup processes for production runs.
Work closely with Pre-Loaders to align daily responsibilities and support seamless production flow.
Troubleshoot and adjust SMT machines to maintain proper operation and address issues swiftly.
Conduct time studies, track run times, and communicate target goals to employees, holding them accountable for performance.
Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality within the cell.
Initiate Downtime Logs when production halts or quality levels are unsatisfactory, and perform additional duties as needed.
