Job Overview:As a Security Administrator, you will evaluate and assess user profiles and system administration for all platforms and applications, identifying and recommending solutions in support of established policies and procedures. You will enforce security policies, monitor daily audit reports, and provide technical support to troubleshoot and resolve security issues. This role involves high-volume request analysis, project security administration, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Perform user account and object-level security administration for platforms such as Active Directory, Exchange, Unix, and Oracle, as well as SaaS, Cloud infrastructure, and mobility solutions.
- Document and maintain security policies and procedures.
- Administer user accounts for IT tier-one projects.
- Analyze and provision high volumes of requests in a timely manner.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting security issues and escalating as necessary.
- Review and monitor audit reports, analyzing and escalating potential problems.
- Maintain and document up-to-date knowledge of procedures and policies used to perform job duties.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of related experience.
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP, as well as general IT knowledge and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to safeguard proprietary and sensitive information while exercising good judgment with confidential data.
- Capability to work on small to large, moderately complex assignments requiring research and advanced skill application.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical users.
- Commitment to incorporating security into all decisions and daily responsibilities.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange Account Administration, AS/400, and Unix account management.
- Scripting knowledge (e.g., VB, PowerShell).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

Pay Range: $35 - $38
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
