Location: Remote (Work-from-Home, Texas Residents Only)

AGR Group Nevada is expanding its market research and polling division and is seeking Seasonal Survey Representatives for remote, work-from-home positions. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want flexibility and the ability to work from home using their own computer equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephone surveys using a provided script in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately record survey responses.
• Representatives will be gathering information for market research on various topics that benefit the community.

Requirements:

• Texas residency (proof required)
• Must use your own computer equipment
• Ability to read and speak English and/or Spanish
• Basic computer skills, including typing proficiency
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible shifts between Monday and Sunday (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM PST)
• Must be available to work weekends as needed
• Two days off per week
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Daily Bonus incentive.

Applicant must have their own PC . Applicant's internet connections must also meet the minimum requirements specified in the Work From Home Internet Requirements document. Only wired connections are supported – no wireless.
PC Minimum Requirements:
• Operating System Windows 10 or newer. Must be within 3 releases of current version and regularly patched
• CPU/Processor must have a PassMark score greater than or equal to 3,182 and “first seen” no earlier than Q1 2017
• 8 GB memory
• 20% minimum free disk space and 20 GB minimum available free space on any drive required by the operating system.

Chromebook Minimum Requirements:
• Chrome OS 75 or later
• CPU/Processor must have a PassMark score greater than or equal to 3,182 and “first seen” no earlier than Q1 2017
• 8 GB RAM
• 20% minimum free disk space and 20 GB minimum available free space

Mac Minimum Requirements:
• MacOS High Sierra (10.13), Mojave (10.14), Catalina (10.15), Big Sur (11) or later operating system
• CPU/Processor requirements
o Any 64-bit Intel-based Mac must have a PassMark score greater than or equal to 3,182 and “first seen” no earlier than Q1 2017
o Any ARM M-based Mac running in emulation with Rosetta 2
• At least 8 GB of RAM
• 20% minimum free disk space and 20 GB minimum available free space

Headset:
• Recommend USB Headset with Microphone Noise Cancelling (Wireless headsets are not supported)
Webcam:
• Required: Either built in or external USB 2.0 (or higher) connection required. Video resolution of 720p with a frame rate of 30 fps recommended.
