Location: Mercato Shops Naples
Position: Full-Time / Part-Time

What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude
- Manage phone calls, bookings, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate stylist schedules to maximize efficiency
- Process payments, retail sales, and client checkouts
- Maintain a clean, organized, and calming front desk environment
- Support salon staff with daily operations
What We’re Looking For:
- A people person with excellent communication skills
- Organized, punctual, and proactive
- Comfortable with computers and salon booking systems is a plus!
- Previous salon or customer service experience preferred
- Passionate about the beauty industry and creating great experiences
