As a Salesforce Administrator, you will provide support through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce Service Cloud, Customer Community Cloud, and custom applications. The position will manage the Salesforce database and provide training and support to users.
Candidates must work in-office at one of the following locations for at least 3 days per week: Omaha, NE; Sacramento, CA; Hebron, KY
In this role, you'll get to:
Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups
Maintain and customize Service Cloud, Customer Community Cloud, Shield, and Knowledge applications
Build custom reports, dashboards, workflows, validation rules, and objects
Manage operational requests and ensure compliance with Case Management Governance Committee rules
Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including data cleansing and system optimization
Manage all technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce
Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users
Manage projects designed by the business units by performing discovery, building out the database, testing, implementing, and training
Administer to all 3rd party applications integrated into Salesforce
Identify and troubleshoot issues and fixes any resulting problems
Perform basic administration include new user setup and offboarding
Manage operational processes using Orchestrate tool and complete annual review of processes to ensure usage and accuracy
Promote transition to lightning experience and address user concerns
Administer e-mail templates and folders
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure stakeholder acceptance

Has knowledge of Force.com platform
Has ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects and competing work demands
Possess ability to see the “big picture” while managing several small projects
Possess ability to work independently and be self-motivated
Has minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MIS, or related field
Has Salesforce Certification is preferred
Has minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce Administration
Owns and manages relationships with stakeholders directly and work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
