Job Overview:
As a Healthcare Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for medical professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Your role will involve answering health-related inquiries and offering clear, empathetic, and accurate responses to help those in need. This is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity, with 40 hours of work per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to healthcare-related inquiries from medical professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other staff members.
Provide knowledgeable and thoughtful answers to questions regarding various medical topics.
Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while ensuring accurate communication.
Work independently, adhering to established policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must meet at least one of the following criteria:
Registered Nurse (RN) with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with 3-4 years of relevant experience.
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field with 4+ years of relevant experience.
Associate's degree and/or certifications in a health-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Additional Skills & Attributes:
A solid understanding of various diseases, illnesses, and medical terminology.
Previous experience communicating with medical professionals in a clear and professional manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proper English grammar and syntax.
Proficiency with computer applications (word processing, email, etc.) and the ability to work independently without supervision.
