About the Role 

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients have a seamless, positive experience throughout their journey – from order processing to installation. You will be the go-to expert in coordinating orders, troubleshooting issues, and managing customer communications. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Coordinate orders in various markets, ensuring timely and accurate completion. 

  • Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates on order statuses, installations, and any schedule changes. 

  • Resolve installation issues by liaising with internal resources, identifying and ordering needed items, and ensuring satisfaction. 

  • Manage incoming calls and emails, handling warranty inquiries, and setting up service requests. 

  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions within our CRM, NetSuite. 

  • Handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resolution. 

What You Bring to the Team 

  • Experience: 3+ years in a customer support role, ideally in a high-volume or high-level service setting. 

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a customer-focused approach. 

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM systems like NetSuite. 

  • Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to handling multiple cases and resolving issues. 

  • Flexibility: Available to work Monday-Saturday, covering regional assignments between 6am-6pm.
