About the Role
As a Remote Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our clients have a seamless, positive experience throughout their journey – from order processing to installation. You will be the go-to expert in coordinating orders, troubleshooting issues, and managing customer communications.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate orders in various markets, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Proactively communicate with clients, providing updates on order statuses, installations, and any schedule changes.
Resolve installation issues by liaising with internal resources, identifying and ordering needed items, and ensuring satisfaction.
Manage incoming calls and emails, handling warranty inquiries, and setting up service requests.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions within our CRM, NetSuite.
Handle a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment with a focus on resolution.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience: 3+ years in a customer support role, ideally in a high-volume or high-level service setting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft applications and CRM systems like NetSuite.
Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to handling multiple cases and resolving issues.
Flexibility: Available to work Monday-Saturday, covering regional assignments between 6am-6pm.
