Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Health and Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote role with a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, paid time off (PTO), and a company car.
Whether you're an experienced RN or a recent graduate eager to learn, we provide hands-on training through extensive shadowing with an experienced RN. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality care in the comfort of patients' homes.
What You'll Do:
Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized care plans
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Provide wound care and other essential nursing services
Educate patients and families on disease management and treatment plans
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
Document patient progress using electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Offer compassionate, patient-centered care to improve quality of life
What We're Looking For:
Active RN license in California
At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health or hospice experience preferred, but not required)
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Proficiency in EMR systems
Current BLS certification
Acute care experience is a plus
