Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery
Location: Manahawkin, NJ 08050
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Compensation: $1,780 – $2,000 per week
Key Responsibilities:Evaluate patients and assist physicians with labor and delivery care.
Plan, implement, and document nursing care based on individualized patient needs.
Identify priorities for care through comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
Develop and adjust care plans through initial and ongoing patient assessments.
Initiate assessments based on patient condition, physician diagnoses, and health frameworks.
Perform therapeutic nursing interventions to support maternal and fetal health.
Manage care throughout the labor, delivery, and postpartum process.
Document all care activities accurately in accordance with professional standards.
Advocate for and implement evidence-based practices in patient care delivery.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with the nursing practice model.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or a related clinical setting.
Active RN license in the state of New Jersey
BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
