Position Overview:

As a District Sales Manager, you will spearhead our growth in a pivotal region, leveraging your expertise in aesthetics and medical devices to drive sales, build strategic partnerships, and lead a high-performing team. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, hands-on management, and a deep understanding of the aesthetic and medical device markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Missouri, Nebraska, and Iowa, focusing on both existing accounts and new business opportunities.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives, fostering a collaborative environment and driving performance to exceed sales targets.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and enhance our market presence in the designated states.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, and aesthetic practitioners to drive product adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including aesthetics and medical devices, to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer needs.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the aesthetics or medical device industry, with a proven track record of success in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of aesthetics and medical device products, market dynamics, and industry regulations.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively and negotiate successfully.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
