Quality Manager
Position Overview The Quality Manager will oversee the quality assurance processes within our food manufacturing facility, ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and improving overall product quality.
Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with HACCP and SQF standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of production processes and products to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance practices and principles.
- Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to ensure quality standards are met at all stages of manufacturing.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality metrics to inform stakeholders and drive improvements.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a quality management role within the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP and SQF certification processes.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
