Working Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST
Salary: $2,000ââ USD/mo
Location: Remote - Latam
Type of contract: Independent Contractor.

- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly auto insurance.
- Experience in government compliance or grant management.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general project management tools (no specific tools required).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for government agencies, insurance companies, and subcontractors.
- Experience working with government agencies or in roles requiring navigation of government-related politics.
- Understanding of government compliance and grant processes.
- Previous experience in a project management role, preferably with exposure to government or insurance sectors.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact between the government agency and all involved parties.
- Create monthly invoices and justification documents for government agency clients
- Oversee application submissions and processing through the government portal.
- Use Google Suite and PM tools to track progress and manage timelines.
- Adapt communication styles for different stakeholders.
- Handle negotiations with government agencies.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and policies.
- Lead and coordinate efforts of the team and subcontractors.
- Provide regular project status reports to stakeholders.
