PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – DAYSHIFT
Location: Northern Westchester County, NY
Salary: $65,000 – $90,000 (Depending on Experience)

Our client is a well-established, financially stable manufacturing company with operations in the U.S. and offshore. Their facility specializes in industrial products made through precision machining and molding techniques. They are actively seeking a hands-on PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to join the dayshift team. Candidates with EXPERIENCE IN INJECTION MOLDING, METAL MACHINING, OR INDUSTRIAL COMPONENT MANUFACTURING will be prioritized. This is not a food or pharmaceutical environment .
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Mechanical aptitude – able to understand machines, processes, and production flow
- Injection molding, metal casting, extrusion , or machining experience highly preferred
- Experience with MRP/inventory control systems
- Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Quality Control standards
- Union environment experience a plus
- Associates degree a plus , but not required
- Must be able to lift or move up to 30 lbs
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and coordinate a team of production employees
- Oversee production quality, safety compliance, and team performance
- Support machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Interpret job specs, blueprints, and production orders
- Monitor and maintain production schedules and workflow
- Identify process improvements for productivity and efficiency
- Ensure proper inspection and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Enforce company policies and OSHA safety standards
