Patent Attorney
Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Patent Attorney to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal expertise in the area of patent law to our clients.
Key Responsibilities - Drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Providing legal opinions and counseling on patent issues
- Conducting patent searches and analysis
- Assisting with patent litigation
- Drafting and negotiating licensing agreements
- Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide advice accordingly
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in NY
- At least 5 years of experience practicing patent law
- Strong background in patent litigation and intellectual property
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
