Compensation & Incentives: • Year 1: Guaranteed base salary of $350,000• Bonus: 37.5% of net collections over $1 million

Meet all required qualifications: • DDS or DMD degree
• Completion of an ADA-accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Active North Carolina dental license or able to attain prior to start date
