Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud and on-premises databases.
Monitor Oracle Cloud databases using OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) tools and dashboards.
Perform routine health checks, log monitoring, and performance tracking .
Execute basic DBA tasks such as user creation, privilege management, and schema updates.
Assist with database backup, restore, and recovery processes under SOPs.
Support incident and service request resolution within defined SLAs.
Perform database patching, cloning, and upgrades with guidance from senior DBAs.
Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
Escalate complex database performance, tuning, or security issues to L2/L3 teams.
Ensure compliance with security and access policies in Oracle Cloud.
Collaborate with IT infrastructure, application, and senior DBA teams.
