Job Description

Our client is seeking a qualified Monitoring Analyst (level one) for a contract position (hybrid) in Evansville, Indiana, 3 days per week onsite, 2 days remote.

Pay rate: $37hr w2 paid weekly

Level 1 Network /Systems Monitoring Center Analyst

*Must have ALL of the below experience

At least 1 year of experience in a technical support, IT monitoring, or system operations role.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, etc.) and IT infrastructure (servers, databases, cloud services such as Azure and AWS).
• Familiarity with cloud environments like Azure and AWS, including basic monitoring tasks such as resource utilization, virtual machines, storage, and services within these platforms.
• Experience with monitoring tools and systems used to track and report system health and performance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• A strong customer service orientation with a focus on resolving technical issues efficiently.
