Neonatal Care Registered Nurse

Responsibilities : In the role of Neonatal Care Registered Nurse, you will deliver specialized nursing care to neonates, focusing on those with medical complications or developmental challenges. You will assess, monitor, and treat newborns with a range of conditions including respiratory issues, infections, and congenital disorders. You will also collaborate with doctors, perform diagnostic tests, and educate parents on proper infant care during their NICU stay.

Required Skills : In-depth knowledge of neonatal physiology, patient care documentation, effective communication with families and medical teams, critical thinking skills.

Qualifications : RN with NICU certification, advanced neonatal nursing training.
