Job Description

A private family looking to hire a live-in or live-out Nanny/Housekeeper in their Boca Raton, FL home. 

The Ideal Candidate: A professional Nanny/Housekeeper to take care of the home while the kids are in school to include cleaning up, dishes, laundry maintaining and organizing. Someone who can prepare meals, mostly for the children. When the children get home ensure they are fed, changed, and manage all child related tasks. Nanny must be able to take sole charge. Not seeking a mothers helper.

What Works Best for Family: Someone who is a self starter and understands their job and a home. We do not like to micro manage, so someone who needs told what to do, will not be a great fit! Mom will discuss the expectations and train so there is good understanding and no confusion on what is required.
