Required skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, philosophy or a related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of curiosity, proactiveness, and a self-starter
Passion for data-driven decision-making and a desire to learn.
Experience with SAP ERP systems, including data extraction, analytics, and reporting.
Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and machine learning.
Understanding basic statistical modeling and data visualization.
Candidates must be authorized to work without sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
The position is an Austin-based, onsite role.

Additional requirements for Job role 2 (2+ yrs exp)

Skilled in data wrangling, cleansing, and transformation of inventory-related datasets from SAP modules on Snowflake.
Experience in building scalable pipelines, API-based data access, and workflow automation.
Experience working with supply chain and operations teams to align data strategies with business objectives.
Experience with inventory management, safety stock optimization, and SKU-level inventory flow analytics is a PLUS.
