Epson Molding Operator
Plastic Injection Molding Pay: $18.25 + 15% Shift Differential = $20.99 / hour
Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:30 pm - 7:30 am
Hillsboro, OR

Purpose Performs visual inspection of materials and product in the manufacturing process
Essential Functions - Performs visual inspections to identify cosmetic defects
- Notifies appropriate personnel of material defects
- Documents inspection and product quality inspection data
- May support production by monitoring output and loading/unloading part trays as needed
- Weighs parts using digital scale to verify conformance to standard
- Maintains clean work area and follows all safety procedures
Work Environment Requirements - Extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting
- Use of materials listed in department's Safety Data Sheet Book
- Lifting of up to 50 pounds
- Use of specialized apparel, including garments designed for working in a cleanroom environment
Education, Skills & Training - High school diploma/GED, or equivalent education and experience
- General inspection/assembly/production experience preferred
- Ability to perform four-function math
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Basic computer skills, including data entry
- Ability to understand and interpret work instructions and inspection documentation
- Ability to maintain high production volumes
- Ability to make basic quality judgments
- Good teamwork skills and attention to detail
