MDS Nurse (RN required) - Salary range from $33.87 to $40.20/hour
Full Time 40 hours with potential for flexibility of part time remote hours!
Primary Responsibilities:
• Ensures accurate and timely completion of all resident assessment instruments including MDS sheets, face sheets, trigger sheets, RAP summaries, and care plans.
• Upon a resident's admission, logs patient in on appropriate calendar and assists in initiating the assessment process.
Prerequisites:
• Registered Nurse licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Two (2) years previous experience in long term care.
• Knowledge of DPH, OBRA, JCAHO, Medicare regs and MDS process.
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary team approach to care.
