We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Locums Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Ft. Walton Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency medicine and be able to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. As a Nurse Practitioner you will provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients of all ages. Perform physical examinations, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans. Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as necessary. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care in the electronic medical record accurately and timely.
Qualifications:
Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida.
Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
