Job Description: We are looking for dedicated live-in Med-Tech caregivers to join our team. This position involves caring for elderly residents with dementia in a home-like setting. Caregivers will work on a rotational schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off.
Responsibilities: - Assist residents with bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, and ambulation/transfer.
- Prepare and serve meals.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Monitor and report noticeable changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Strong communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
- Experience with dementia care is preferred.
- Med-Tech certification (if applicable in your state).
