Job Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct experiments evaluating end-to-end quality.
- Develop manual and automated processes for multiple concurrent projects including ensuring high-quality label alignments, annotation fidelity, and guideline adherence.
- Create and perfect human and automated annotation solutions for text, audio, image, and video data.
- Use LLMs in ad-hoc automated reporting
Skills:
- Python, SQL, LLMs.
- Knowledge of human annotation workflows including annotation metrics and applied statistical methods.
- Academic linguistics background preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

- Academic linguistics background preferred. Masters or PHD preferred.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in linguistics, language technologies, computational linguistics, speech science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
