If youre a recent graduate with relevant experience or a young professional eager to build your career this remote role will challenge you and help you grow.
What youll do:
- Collaborate with senior project managers to plan execute and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Manage project scopes objectives and timelines ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Communicate project status risks and issues to senior management and project teams effectively.
- Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation and budgeting.
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle ensuring successful project delivery.
- Lead project meetings keeping teams on track and resolving any issues that arise.
What were looking for:
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Project Management Engineering or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in project management or a related role including internships or coops.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Trello Asana MS Project or similar software.
- A PMP CAPM or similar certification is a plus but not required.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
