Window Painter – Joyce Manufacturing
Berea, OH | Full-Time | Manufacturing/Production
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Joyce Manufacturing is looking for a Window Painter to join our team! This position is responsible for prepping, painting, and finishing custom window products using gravity-fed HVLP spray systems.
We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in their work.
What You’ll Do:
- Spray paint window frames using gravity-fed HVLP equipment
- Prep and clean all surfaces before painting
- Mix and match paint to specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality control procedures
- Work as part of a fast-paced production team
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience using HVLP spray guns (preferred)
- Knowledge of paint prep and mixing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
