Draft, redline and negotiate large and complex outbound SaaS commercial agreements, with Fortune 500 companies, including those in highly regulated industries (e.g. finance and healthcare) integral to our business and in support of companys Strategic sales team. Draft, redline and negotiate Data Processing Addendums, as part of the SaaS Agreements. Possess a deep understanding of privacy laws and other regulations impacting global SaaS companies, like the company, including CCPA and GDPR, and be able to translate that understanding into redlines and in conversations with customers.
