Job Description
Summary :
- As a Rough HVAC installer, you will be responsible for roughing residential homes in the Phoenix area.
- Candidate must have 1-2 years of HVAC rough-in residential experience.
- We offer sick pay and PTO after 60 days with weekly pay.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
- Knowledge of residential rough-in including installing new equipment, sheet metal duck work, attic and/or vertical splits (gas or heat pump).
- Achieve production goals and meet quality standards.
- Must have own Hand Tools and Power Tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. frequently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of HVAC residential tract home experience.
- Must be able to rough-in residential home with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to read blueprints.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC code.
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license.
