We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Hotel Regional Director of Sales (RDOS) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in sales within the hospitality industry, particularly with Hilton and Marriott hotels. As the RDOS, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring our hotels meet and exceed their revenue targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with hotel management teams to ensure alignment with sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and updates.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Regional Director of Sales in the hospitality industry, with a focus on Hilton and Marriott hotels.
- Strong understanding of hotel sales and revenue management strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
