Shifts: 1st ,2nd & 3rd (with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd)

Job Purpose

Our Quality Technicians are responsible for ensuring that quality-related functions are executed on the shop floor. Specifically, they must follow work instructions, read blueprints, use hand tools, lab tools, gauges and multiple components, build, test, inspect, sample, produce charts, graphs,

Education, Experience and Competencies

To be considered, you must possess the following education, skills, experience:

• High School Diploma, or equivalent
• Minimum of two to five solid years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment
• Demonstrated experience in utilizing measuring equipment and lab equipment
• Demonstrated experience in reading blueprints
• Demonstrated experience in maintaining work logs, SPC Maintenance, Load Charts, Scrap Records
• Strong work ethic and solid work record
• Safety and quality focus
• Strong team orientation
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong attention to details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job such as lifting and moving up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, bending, squatting or kneeling. Availability to work any shift.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check.

Job Type: Full-time

• Required work authorization:
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift long term.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, daily overtime and off shifts as needed.
