We're looking for a dedicated High School Physics Teacher to join our team remotely for the remainder of the 2024-2025 school year. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and committed to helping high school students succeed in their studies.
Position Type: Fully Remote, Contracted (through the 2024-2025 school year)
Schedule: Daytime hours, typically between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST
Clientele: High School Students (Grades 11-12)

Key Responsibilities:
Teaching Physics: Deliver engaging and comprehensive physics lessons to high school students, ensuring that they understand complex concepts.
Virtual Classroom: Teach virtually in a fully remote environment, using technology to foster an interactive and productive learning space.
Student Support: Provide individualized attention and guidance to students, helping them overcome challenges and excel in their studies.
Documentation: Maintain clear and accurate records of lessons, student progress, and assignments, ensuring timely grading and feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with other educators and support staff to create an enriching learning experience for all students.
Requirements:
Teaching Experience: At least 2 years of teaching experience at the high school level (excluding student teaching).
Virtual Teaching: A minimum of 2 years of virtual teaching experience (excluding emergency pandemic teaching).
Subject Expertise: In-depth knowledge of high school physics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Certifications: A valid Teaching Certification (from any state) in High School Science or Physics is required.
Technology Proficiency: Must be comfortable using technology for teaching, including reliable internet, a camera, and a microphone.
Passion for Teaching: A genuine desire to help students succeed, demonstrating patience, dedication, and enthusiasm.
Documentation Skills: Experience with documenting lessons, grading assignments, and tracking student progress.
