The General Sales Manager oversees the sales operations in the company. They are responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. This role requires strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team to optimize performance and maximize sales revenue
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reports to the management team
- Train and motivate sales staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
