Shape Oro's customer experience evolution while leading our dynamic coffee team. Develop operational systems and team expertise during our expansion phase, mastering both coffee and chocolate education to create exceptional customer interactions.
Leadership & Innovation:
- Supervise and mentor barista team on comprehensive coffee and chocolate knowledge
- Develop innovative training programs for new hires and skill advancement
- Scale customer service and education protocols as business grows
- Coach team on explaining our bean-to-bar processes and Nicaraguan sourcing story
- Contribute insights to Operations Manager for strategic customer experience planning
Operational Development:
- Execute syrup and sauce production while understanding ingredient sourcing stories
- Implement inventory management systems optimized for growth
- Maintain quality standards across expanding beverage program
- Lead and handle complex product education questions
- Develop efficient workflows for peak service periods

Requirements:
