Your Day-To-Day Mastery:
- Mentor and coach site-level associates in environmental and safety protocols, being the key contact for EHS matters.
- Drive compliance through coordination and deployment of safety processes, leveraging analytical skills to foresee and tackle regulatory changes.
- Centralize daily EHS management by auditing, leading critical meetings, and fortifying our standing through metric publishing.
- Lead safety incident management, conducting incisive investigations and channeling corrective actions to perfection, strengthening our safety net.
- Champion engaging training sessions, enhancing competency with robust new hire orientation and specialized training sessions.
Qualifications You'll Need:
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Safety or a related discipline, with over 5 years in the EHS domain.
- Display expertise in environmental regulations including OSHA and EPA, with profound analytical prowess to translate insights into safety excellence.
- Standout communication abilities for impactful presentations and training, driving seamless implementation of EHS programs.
- Exhibit a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring completion of tasks with accuracy and dedication.
Your Competitive Edge:

- Previous experience in FDA-regulated or medical device sectors is advantageous.
