We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Marketing / Promotional Events Specialist. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and managing promotional events that enhance brand visibility and engage with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing and promotional events
- Support event planning and coordination, including logistics and setup
- Engage with event attendees to promote client brands and gather feedback
- Help create and distribute promotional materials and content
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of promotional activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement new event strategies
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners
- Provide administrative support, including tracking event budgets and preparing reports
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Enthusiasm for marketing and event planning
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus, but not required
