Job Description
This role is to focus on Palm Beach County. You as the Director of Sales will have responsibility of your own quota and will build a team of Sales People around you that you manage.
The Company:
- Provide Home Health Care in Palm Beach County
- Growing
- Very experienced Owners/Directors
- Agency – W2 employees
The role:
- To grow the business in Palm Beach County
- To then build a sales team around you
- Work to a quota
- Open and close deals
- Building relationships with Physicians, Case Managers, in Hospitals etc.
Required competencies:
- Home Health/Home Care experience
- Have a book of business in Palm Beach
- Proven track record of bringing in referrals
- It would be beneficial if you have managed/mentored but not essential
- A people’s person
