The ideal candidate is a highly skilled leader who will join our mid-level management team. You will be responsible for leading the company’s day to day business operations for a particular day-part and ensuring that procedures are carried out properly. The Director of Operations regularly evaluates organizational efficiency and makes necessary changes to maximize productivity. Additionally, the Director of Operations works with the Executive Director team and finds ways to contribute to the store’s vision and goals.

Responsibilities

• Assists in overseeing Team Leaders, Team Trainers and Team Members performance
• Maintains cleanliness of the restaurant (drive thru, parking lot, patio, dining room, front counter, drive thru cockpit & bathrooms)
• Maintains an EcoSure score between 1 and 3 
• Maintains a Deloitte visit score between 90% and 100%
• Manages labor and food cost daily
• Continuous team development – assists building the talent pipeline
• Achieves and or exceeds top 20% chain scores in: speed of service, order accuracy, attentive & courteous, cleanliness. Measured by the Customer Experience Monitor (CEM) system.
• Executes or ensures Team Huddles are performed
• Executes systems that create a remarkable experience for each guest
• End of month inventory counts (~6 months)
• Ensures use of forecasting for sales
• Follows Florida labor laws
• Implements franchise and Florida state food safety policies and procedures
• Self-development

Role Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Management experience of 1 year
