We are a nonprofit, multi-site agency. Our mission is to serve adults and children in the Long Island community who have developmental disabilities. 

We are seeking DSPs to join our team at our Adult Residential Services. Your role will be to assist residents with their daily tasks and activities. 

Salary Range: $17.85-21.42/hr 

Shifts Available: Full-time, Part-time, Split Shifts: Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings, Overnights 

What You Will Do:  

• Be compassionate in helping the disabled community. 
• Help residents build and maintain relationships. 
• Teach and assist residents with all daily living tasks including hygiene tasks. 
• Instruct and document, participation in development and revisions of goals and protocols in accordance with the CFA/ISP, and behavior plans. 

What You Will Bring:  
Our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: 

• N.Y. State Driver’s License required 
• Required to completed 2 weeks paid training. 
• Knowledge of working with developmentally disabled preferred 
• Good communication skills. 
• Reliable and on time for all shifts.
