We are a multi-disciplinary dental center looking for a technical minded, detail oriented person that appreciates deadline-based time autonomy to join our team as an in-house dental lab technician.
We are looking for someone to manufacture high-quality dental prostheses such as crowns, bridges, veneers, and 3D models. You'll be working with designed files, CADCAM mills, glazing/coloring, sintering ovens, 3D printers and etc.
Experience in dental technician work (fabrication/production) is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate that has a dental background.
Dental Laboratory Technician Responsibilities:
· Receiving and processing digital dental impressions from dental practices and
following instructions.
- Coordinating sending/receiving of design files along with records keeping
· Polishing and finishing dental crown/bridges/veneers prior to placement by
dentists.
· Making adjustments to dental crown and bridges and veneers before final placement.
· Managing supply inventories, performing routine equipment maintenance, and
facilitating repairs.
· Documenting processes, as well as adhering to industry regulations and safety
standards.
Dental Laboratory Technician Qualifications:
• Good time management skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in keeping detailed records and meeting deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Precision and patience, with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of dental terminology
• Milling and 3D printing experience (preferred, but not required - hands-on training
provided)
• Willing and able to work with design softwares such as ExoCAD/3 Shape (hands-on training provided)
