Job Title: Data Entry Associate
Join our dynamic Data Enrichment team and play a vital role in supporting data enrichment tasks for our healthcare clients. As a Data Entry Associate, you will uphold high-quality standards while contributing to the quality control process. We're looking for detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about making a difference in the healthcare sector.
What You'll Do:
Review and complete enrichment tasks according to client guidelines and training.
Handle credentialing-related activities, including entering application data, verifying vendor resources, and managing board certifications.
Follow up with various state boards and credentialing organizations to obtain status updates and verifications.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in alignment with industry standards.
Cross-check information provided by third-party entities using online databases to verify details.
Take on additional duties and responsibilities as required.
Pay Rate: $16 USD/hour

Qualifications:
At least 6 months of experience in a data entry or customer service-related role is a plus.
Availability to work 40 hours per week, with weekends off.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent command of the English language.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to effectively support a work-from-home setup, including an internet speed of at least 15 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
