Responsible for the planning, compilation, and maintenance of the company's product user manuals, operation manuals, and other related content;
Be able to translate product technical documents between Chinese and English;
Focus on user experience, deeply experience products, communicate with relevant teams, develop content planning, and output high-quality technical documents;
Product manual style research, able to extract valuable insights;
Be able to combine copywriting planning and design strategies, have good appeal and creativity, and output the overall creative construction of the project.
Understand the characteristics of competitors' product descriptions on the market, analyze customer needs, and determine editing ideas based on the company's product characteristics;
Prepare the English version of the product manual;
Write advertising text on the page: Bullet point description, detailed description, Q&A response;
Understand and confirm product iteration information, and update the original content.
