Job Description

Reputable boutique law firm seeks an experienced and proactive Commercial Litigation Attorney to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience handling litigation and have experience in breach of contract cases, finance and lender liability disputes, intellectual property, or entertainment matters.

All applicants must have a solid academic record from an ABA-accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in California.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and active bar membership in California
• Proven experience as a business/ commercial litigation attorney
• Demonstrated ability to handle commercial-related litigation cases, from pre-litigation through trial.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy skills for effective representation in court.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client interactions and negotiations.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Collaborative mindset with effective teamwork skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving construction projects and legal requirements.

Salary:

$180,000 - $225,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications
