Job Description
Immediate temp contract remote position. You'll work remotely from your home handling commercial general liability claims. All Equipment is provided.
In this role you'll: * Analyze coverage
* Set initial reserves and make changes as necessary throughout the life of the file
* Coordinate the investigation
* Determine applicable coverage
* Request claim related documents
* Hire outside experts if needed
* Maintain Diary
* Review all pertinent claim related material including medical bills and reports
* Evaluate claims and settle commercial GL claims with claimants or their attorneys.
MUST have : 5 plus years of current/ recent experience handling commercial general liability claims
Experience with Litigated commercial casualty claims
Must have a valid Adjuster license
