Desired Qualifications

Reports to the General Manager and Maitre D
Natural confidence, presence, raport with guests
2-3 years of experience as host, lead host, or leadership role in a fine dining or Michelin-starred restaurant
Experience with RESY reservations system
Able to handle high volume and being solution based
Must be able to follow and understand expectations within their department
Natural inclination toward warmth and gracious hospitality
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to complete tasks in a timely manner
The ability to convey warmth to guests as they walk into the restaurant while being able to clearly articulate reservation details while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
